Okay I know this may sound cliche. I have tried weight watchers and a number of other wight loss plans. It's funny that with those plans my weight would yo you but I think I have found something more constant. A weight loss journal I know that the dietitian and even the people at many of the weight loss centers tell you to keep one but now I know th value in it. I started one a couple of days ago and it really works. If you put your all into it then it keeps you from making mistakes with your diet. It is kind of fun. Plus I found this great website called FitDay so you can input your exercise and foods eaten and it will tell you ALL KINDS of stuff. I am pumped and I think that I will meet my goal of losing 80 pounds before going back to the doc! God Bless Everyone!
