I've been having a lot of headaches. I miscarried a month ago and at first thought it was my hormones going back to "normal" but they haven't went away. I have migranes but yesterday at the doctor she told me it was tension and stress. I need to find a way to reduce my stress. My BP was 137/99 which is as high as its ever been. Does anyone have any advice about how to reduce my tension and stress? What are some of you doing? Thanks.
