I have PCOS and in less thena year I no longer suffer from the symptoms of PCOS....due to meds, exercise, and eating right. I would suggest getting Managing PCOS for Dummies. It has helped me a lot. There is no cure right now for PCOS but you can reduce the symptoms. I sadly learned this weekend that even after menopause or if you have everything taken out.......we will still have PCOS....that kinda sucks, but you can control it.
