Have any of you used progesterone suppositories? I am going to be using them for the first time in a week or so. I have ones that need to be refrigerated. My pharmacist wasn't very helpful....
I understand I need to insert one daily before bed time. Have any of you had problems with them? Does the cold tablet make it uncomfortable? Do you have problems with it staying in? or leaking? Does it stain underwear?

I have not heard of the ones that need to be refrigerated. I do know that you can take the actual progesterone pill and use it as a vaginal suppository. They say wear a liner bc there can be discharge. That is all I know about them. Hope it helped a bit.

I have had to do these twice! they stay in but u will leak if u get up and move...i had to do them 2 times a day , i would wear a pad and i would also lay down and not move too much for 30-45 min...but that was me...they are not uncomfortable..and u really don't feel the cold. I had to use them the first part of my pregnancy. They weren't uncomfortable. Yeah I did leak as well. I took them I night. It wasn't as bad during the day.

Thanks ladies! Looks like I won't be using them as soon as I thought because I didn't ovulate :( ....next month?!?!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
