Good afternoon all...I havent been on here for a long time after losing hope but here i am to share my success story with you all and maybe give you all a fresh lease of hope.
Ive been taking metformin for just over a year and my periods had returned t a regular cycle. The hospital then prescribed Clomid which as you know involves having lots of scans....i hate thos internal u/s and as a result of the stress my periods stopped once again. My partner and I had a discussion and decided to choose not to take the clomid and just carry on with metformin give "trying" a rest for 6 months and just enjoy each others company. This was in september. My periods returned to normal in the october as i was less stressed.
On Christmas eve after two weeks of stupidly sore breasts i took a pregnancy test expectig it to be negative as intercourse had been less than when we were trying and we weren't trying anymore. Any way it was positive!. By my dates I'm approaching 8 weeks pregnant....am experiencing slight brown spotting and although worrying am assured it is normal.
I jsut wanted to let you all know that stress plays a great factor in conceiving as well as PCOS and the whole process of trying for a baby can cause more stress. So try and keep yourselves calm and enjoy your partners company. My thoughts are with you all.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
