I know I have asked this question before, but I would like to get an idea on this again, since there are new members. Has anyone else been diagnosed with pcos, without having visible cysts on the ovaries during an ultrasound? I was diagnosed in 2007, based on symptoms, obesity, ir, unwanted hair, abscent periods, as well as results of hormone levels tests. Is it common or even possible to have pcos without the tell tale ovarian cysts? Thanks to all who read this. I would appreciate any imput.
