The June issue of Woman's Day magazine has an article about PCOS! I couldn't believe it when I opened the magazine and started reading. I covers pretty much everything that we discuss on DS, but I thought it might be helpful to all of you with husbands, families, and friends who just don't understand. The woman that the article is about has successfully carried 3 pregnancies to term after her diagnosis. She stresses good diet and exercise as the best methods for helping her get control of her periods and infertility. Hope this helps! Good luck to all of you!!!
