I am new to all of this. I have PCOS. I have been taking Metformin since the fall 2005. The side effects have gone and its fine for me. My husband and I are now wanting to have a baby. My dr put me on the 50mg of Clomid and a HCG shot on day 12. We are now on our 3rd round of this. I thought that it wouldn't take us this long, but I am so wrong. It's hard for my husband because he wants a baby and I get frustrated because its not that easy. My dr suggested that if I was to lose weight, it might help with the situation. Has anyone else heard that? I will admit that I am chunky, but I don't think im severely over weight. Does anyone have suggestions with this, or done that themselves?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
