HELP! I seem to have put on a great deal of weight around my midsection - I was trying to get into a couple of dresses today and I realized I can't zip the darn things up because my midsection has gotten bigger! I didn't put on weight anywhere else, my jeans (when they button) fit fine, the legs and derriere is in shape... I usually do cardio a couple of times a week, so I'm no more/less fit than I was a year ago. I don't know what to do about the happy belly, and no there isn't a baby in there... what is going on??? I have a dinner & dance in two weeks and the dress isn't zipping!!!
