well im doin sum research n i luv to cook food. im having a hard time with the new diet with having pcos. i feel like i just dont kno wat to eat anymore. i have ibs, so i already cut alot of things from my diet i drink water only and im not doin this just to loose weight its more for my health im getting sick from watev i eat and am just not sure... if anyone could give me sum pointers on wat to eat sum recipes a gud book to have as a guide sumthin that tells me wat i can and cant eat then i can limit my diet n get on track of eatin less of these bad foods for me and keep exercising, well cant wait for ur input thanx i really appreciate it
