Well after hearing about this I decided to go on a crash diet avoiding every thing!!!! really stupid move!! Never felt so ill in my life !!oops! Well after returning to gym this week and getting some advice on what to eat and not to eat I'm hoping that the weight will start to drop off instead of having to take the metformin!!! Mind you I will miss my pasta rice and potatoes grrr Also we should be eating six times a day and not going any longer than 3 hour between also try having your main meal during the day instead of at night and dont eat after 6!!!! So much to remember!!
