I was wondering, for everyone that has tried limiting their sugar intake, how that is going for you? (Concerning excess body weight...) Did you restrict sugar completely, or just moderate it, or just eat certain kinds of sugar? And what kind of results did you get? I think I'm going to really limit the sugar I eat, but I wanted to get some feedback from you guys first. I mean, it seems like it would work, because the whole insulin resistance thing is in effect after eating sugar. Any thoughts or experiences??
