seep then scab over- its gross. I am also very sensitive to chlorine in pools and the same thing happens. I have wondered if it had to do with PCOS. I use head and sholders then every two weeks I switch to another dandruff shampoo then switch back and forth every two weeks. It may also have to do with the weather right now (depending on where you are from) because my scalp was pretty normal, then all of a sudden-wham! Dandruff! Maybe the dry air or wind? Something I have done that seems to help me- but I don't know how good this is- I put cortizone (sp?) or anti itch cream on the spots that really bother me. I also put hand creams- I like aquaphore, (it is kind of greasy, so don't use a lot or you will look like a grease ball- been there!)- on the areas where my skin and hair meet so that dandruff is not as noticable. Good luck, and if you find something that works- post it! I would love new ideas!!! I have curly hair and NEED to use hair products- or my hair will look like a giant, puffy brown cotton ball- but maybe try not using any- or switching brands- My friend uses Jason's natural and I was thinking about looking up the products and trying them. Anyway- good luck!
