I'm overweight pregnant and have PCOS

I am very scared right now i was told the only way for me to have kids would be to take fertility drugs and even then that might not work. Well here i am pregnant overweight with PCOS im about 6 wks along but they arent for sure cuz the baby is 2 small. I am very afraid of having complications i cramp almost all the time and have morning sickness im not sure what kind of advice i am looking for or maybe im just looking for encouragment and support but anything will help at this point. I cant find much information on having pcos and being prego so i came here for help. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and responding if you do. Good luck to all never give up hope

I gained 90 lbs. while pregnant. Although my diabetes was under control before I had my daughter, I ended up on insulin the last trimester.
I had morning sickness every day till the 6th month.
Know what? It's amazing what our bodies do when pregnant. I have a beautiful (and very smart) little 23 month old. It's difficult for us to truly know your situation. But, I think you and baby will be ok. Just try and take lots of deep breaths, keep talking and eat right along with taking vitamins.
