im still a little confused about what this tightness is below my belly button its all over just about 2 inces below my belly button from hip to hip ahaha a little bit unconfortable at times does anyone know what this could be??

skin tightness? I have no clue I got that when i was preggers with my daughter and I also lost feeling below my belly button too

Really, it could be bloating. That's how I would feel when I was bloated. Whether it was gas or AF.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
