My name is Kellie... I am 24 years old and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I was told that my ovaries have lots of follicles but I haven't had a period in 3 months. They also did an ultrasound and said that my ovaries are enlarged and its affecting my gallbladder. They want me to try Metformin. I am scared out of my mind. All I want in life is a child... This has made me gain SO much weight in my stomach area. I feel fat and depressed, they told me it might be hard but it may be hard to have a child.. I wonder if that is even true. I just feel like a fat unattractive blob... This has raised my blood pressure and cholesterol. I am sorry to rant but I need some help and advice... Can anyone tell me what to expect.. Thank you so so much...
