So a woman who has pcos, if she get pregnant and takes a home test, lets say EPT test, She takes it and if it comes up positive she isnt pregnant and if it comes up negative she is pregnant, due to the ovarian cyst, Thats what confussed me the most. But ladies tell me how you guys found out you were pregnant while having pcos, guess i am just trying to understand it a little more, thank you.

Hmm I guess I have never heard of that. I know it's quite rare to have a false positive...Every test I have ever taken has been accurate ;o)

Never been pregnant due to PCOS. I have blood drawn once a month. Blood usually doesn't lie. Good luck to you.

i have never heard that before. we'll always have cysts, i didnt think that they will alter a HPT. Maybe ask the Dr.
