I started my follistim injections 7 days ago at 75 units and I was supposed to have an IUI preformed when my follicles reached between 15 to 20mm. I did 75 units for 3 days then 37.5 units for 2 days and no medication for 2 days. My estrogen level exploded from the follistim. They normally look for an estrogen level of under 1,000. My blood test yesterday showed my estrogen was at 4,200 so they canceled my IUI and told me to give myself half of the Ovidrel trigger shot (half of 250) last night. We are supposed to do it the old fashioned way without the IUI to decrease the chances of having mulitples. Two days ago my u/s showed follicles at 12mm and they grow 1 to 2mm per day so I could very well be in the 15 to 20mm range by the time I ovulate. I'm concerned though that half of the trigger shot won't be enough to get me to ovulate. Has anyone had a similar experience with being instructed to take half of the dose for the trigger shot? I'm so nervous.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
