Falling HCG levels and miscarriage

Yesterday I found out that my HCG levels have dropped and the Dr said that I will probably miscarry. Has anyone ever had this happen? What should I be expecting?? How do you deal with the pain of losing the one thing you wanted most??

Im sorry hon you just have to try to saty positive because he said maybe right? So just try to relax and hopefully you will be okay. When I had my m/c it was like a bad period with severe cramps that hurt and I passed some tissue. other than that it was emotionally draining.

all i can say is that i am here for you as it has happened to me twice this year, although mine were both ectopics and resulted in surgery. Just be kind to yourself, you are not to blame at all, even if you feel you are. Its really hard but use your family and friends as support and dont expect too much from yourself either. The pain of loss does ease with time but you never forget, nor should you. I just try to celebrate the fact that for a while, I was priviledged enough to be carrying little spirits in me, whose time just wasnt then. Please message me if you ever need to and let us know how you get on- we are all here for you xxxxx

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
