I just want to talk a little about exercising and what a difference it has been making for me. I realize that every person is different and what works for me may not work for you. I joined a womens fitness center a month ago and cannot believe what a change I have seen in my symptoms! When I was diagnosed, the Dr. told me I should try to lose a little weight and start an exercise regimen that I could stick with. It took me 9 months to finally take his advice and I regret not staring sooner! I just got my period back for the first time in a long time, I have lots more energy, my mood swings have gone away, I am not as bloated and to top it all off I am losing weight! I eat less because I don't feel so depressed anymore. I was not on any medication, although the Dr. prescribed Metaformin. It just was not doing anything for me. This is the first time in a long time that I feel like a normal person! For the longest time I felt so sad and moody and just like something wasn't right in my body. I no longer feel that way. The change in my mood was alomst instantaneous! I recommend everyone at least give it a try if they are not already doing it.
