I have been married for 8 years and have put my husband through Hell and back the last few before I was diagnosed. I didn't understand what was going on with me. I used to be the most laid back person and then I was overly emotional and angry. Then I would go through periods of depression. We had no idea what was going on. I hated the way he had to walk on eggshells around me. One day he would say something and I would be fine the next day he would say the same exact thing and I would flip. I don't know how he put up with me. Now that I was diagnosed (just on Monday) and have learned some things about PCOS it explains a lot. The last 8 months I have been battling something (docs not too sure that PCOS is the only thing going on) and I have been trying harder than ever to control some of my emotions. Now being on the Metformin I feel a bit physically better and I think that helps too.
I am sorry to hear about your divorce. Be strong and hang in there!
