Hey just wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I love white bread but everytime I eat it I feel sluggish and bloated. I've tried eating wheat free substitutes but miss the real deal. Does anyone know if wheat free, wholemeal or wholegrain breads are good for you if you have PCOS? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
