Hello Friends- I was just diagnosed last week with PCOS. I went off of the pill last year, and have not had my period since. So needless to say, my husband and I were quite worried. We wnt to the doctor last week and were diagnosed. I am 25 years old and would like nothing more than to have my husbands child and live a long healthy life. I have heard that PCOS can be reversed. Is this true? I know I need to eat right and excercise. But the thing is, I do eat right, and I am not overweight. So then what? Whats the next step? We are very close to trying to have a baby. It is nothing set in stone as of yet, but I know that I need to be getting my period. Which is why I do not want to go back on the pill. Are there any other drugs out there that I can take to get my periods again, but at the same time not make us pregnant right away? You know, like something for the in between stage?
