I have serious pain in my head, neck, & back everyday, mainly due to my dystonia. Well, my neuphrologist found out that I was taking aspirin everyday in the Spring, and he became very upset, & had my primary MD prescribe me Tylenol #3 (acetaminophen + Codeine). Well, not only did that not really help, but the Codeine made me MAJORLY CONSTIPATED, so I just endured the pain for a while. But I can't take it anymore, & I've been sneaking a little aspirin here and there. I know this is no good. I'm in "Stage Three" of renal failure, but when I last saw my neuphrologist, he said that if I would just "drink more fluids, and avoid the aspirin" that he"did not foresee my needing dialysis." So, this means the world to me, and if you know of something SAFE & EFFECTIVE I could take, PLEASE let me know! Tylenol does not work, neither does acetaminophen, & I'm too tired to think of what all doesn't help. Thank You.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
