Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a progressive, genetic disorder of the kidneys. It occurs in humans and other organisms. PKD is characterised by the presence of multiple cysts (polycystic) in both kidneys. The disease can also damage the liver, pancreas and rarely the heart and brain.

It's been several months since I peed blood. I have never had any pain accompanying it so it's more of an annoyance than a problem. I think a cyst has burst and it just flows out of me.

most of the blood I had was microscopic and went on for months every check it was there but it stopped after I started to flush ever morning with yet more water .I think it was an infection or leaking of a cyst.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
