I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
love and hugs
I just read one that I've been telling EVERYONE about. It is called EAT, LOVE, PRAY by Elizabeth Gilbert--you can get it most places, like from Barnes and Noble for 12.00 or so. It is a good read before bed book or bathtub book.
My suggestions--light candles, meditate, watch your fav. movies, read your fav. books, go for a long walk, anything to get you to think about nothing but what is in front of you at that moment.
Use the rest of the book to plan how you will do it, journal how and when you did it, and write any other nice experiences that came your way as a result of you doing the actions on the list.
Then you can look back on the good times with good memories and not forget them.
It also makes you plan time for yourself.
