I practically married a stranger, a very nice, hard working, and loving stranger who became a completely different person after we were married. Now I am going to court for custody of our child. We went to mediation and I begged him to compromise and help us come to an agreement so that the judge wouldn't be deciding for us. He refused. He is using our daughter as a means to hurt me. He doesn't want her all the time, but he is fighting for that out of spite. He has said so in different words. How am I supposed to convince a judge of that?
