I just wanted some peoples advice on the topic of feeling safe, if you work on it does it get better? I know that in all the therapy I've had it comes up alot. I always feel I cling to things just because theres security,and I don't always feel safe. I feel people can just come in and hurt me, and I have no control over it. I know in reality that I DO have control over it, but its still a very sensitive topic for me.
