Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

Signs of Physical Abuse are not limited to the following.
Punching, hitting, shoving, slapping, kicking, throwing objects, using weapons (of any kind), choking, grabbing, biting, burning, shaking, forcing partner to do sex acts against partner's will.

I might be confused here. From what I have read in your entries you recently got out of an abusive relationship and now you back into another. Help me here please. Did I miss something? If this is true you have all the tools to know what or how it will end up. With you the looser. Please do not let this happen to you and your kids again.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
