Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

No Excuse
He claims its not his fault for what is wrong.
Others suffer for him to look like hes strong.
Then whos the one responsible, whos to blame?
Who will it be, the next one to feel his shame?
It was how he was raised, and what he knows.
By deeds, his insecurities and immaturity show.
By accident or design, he makes the move to act.
And all apologetic words will not change the fact.
Was it rage blinding hot, pain, or stress that day,
Evil of drugs or demon drink, which will he say?
It is to his victim; he will point to with blame,
But deep in his troubled heart the guilt remains.
It will not matter then why or what has been said,
The delicate tortured soul will still be just as dead.
Then defective reason and logic will be of no use,
For there will never, ever be an excuse for abuse.

Wow that poem hits the nail right on the head. My ex called last night and used every excuse in that poem. And it made me laugh. For the first time I really see how well he plays the victim. I'm starting not to feel bad for him anymore. He brings the suffering on himself. And it's still all about him. Moron.

They always find an excuse. It's never their fault. To hear them tell it.

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
