IT has been suggested to me by a friend that I write the things that he has said to me that were emotionally to read and know they are not true and to remind me I can't go back.. thanks my dear friend!!
1. I gave more to this relationship than you ever did
2. Everything has to be your way - you are selfish
3. Quit acting like you are the victim in this - you lied to me and never had time for me - it caused me to have pent up anger and therefore do what I did. It's not like I come home every night and beat you around.
4. I understand you are upset, but you don't understand the severity of what you have done to me and how you hurt me by not having time for me.
5. I wanted to marry you and have kids with you - you ruined that - this is your fault.
6. Your coaching and playing sports and doing stuff with your friends hurt me because I felt like you never loved me
7. Dating you is like dating a child, you don't know how or where to park your Jeep, you didn't lock the front door one day, you don't keep your jeep clean inside, you don't put the toilet seat lid after you flush, you didn't brush your teeth one night before we went to bed, how could you care for me if you don't care for yourself anymore than that.
8. I'd rather take a bullet to the eye than have children with you, plus you didn't have time for me, how would you have time for kids ...
9. I've never loved anyone like you and you ruined that - you are the best thing that ever happened to me and you ruined that ...
That's a pretty good start.... it's a shame I can recognize it and still wonder why it happened, how I let it and why can't I let go ... Ugh

We never know the answers to those things. Just recognize you made the list to get it out of you, to get it out of your head. Then you can hopefully let it go and learn, and turn your focus on other things. It's good to go through the mourning of what was lost. Think of it like the 7 stages of grief. Maybe I'll post that. You're grieving what that guy couldn't give you, the life you dreamed about, he just didn't have it. My counselor told my, my ex could "dress up for the part, but NOT play the role." I hope this helps

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
