When I get in to arguments I can get very frustrated and I don't know how to relieve these feelings in a way that doesn't make me look physco. I hit and smack myself in the face and head when it gets bad. My husband gets mad at me and calls me a lier because I always break my promise to not hit myself. I feel horrible doing it but some times I feel I can't control it! How can I stop this?
