okay, here is my situation, i live in a buidling that is brandnew (barely a year old) in san francisco, it is low income and supposedly for people to have a safe haven to live and recover, it has onsite therapy, counselors, support groups, and primary care. However the building is getting more and more infested with drug dealers, actively working prostitutes, and active drug addicts. Which it\'s a no brainer to realise the enviroment is no longer a safe one, right? This can ony be blamed on the staff for excepting these people, and not taking account of the traffic in and out and in and out, the fact that most of them still act like they are on the street, never bathing or eating or doing anything but using and hustling, sometimes right in front of the building. I am one that needs and wants this enviroment to stay the way it was designed to be, now how do i do that without being labeled a snitch, cause i do still have to live here, and i am no better because i used to be a drug dealer and a prostitute. I am just trying with everything i have to change and be a better person. So how can i justify standing up and saying anything? Also the people that run the front desk, are also people from a low income community and a lot of them will accept a bag of something or another to look the other way, so standing up can be dangerous, how can i possibly feel safe in this enviroment without getting a scarlett letter or more realistically a neon arrow sign pointing at me saying SNITCH BITCH?
