Just wondering... When your finally over the abuse how do you let go of its baggage? Experiencing so much for so long pretty much born into it, Im having a hard time letting go. I try not to think about it but i still hold so much resentment and anger and holding resentments just creates roadblocks, so i was just wondering what are some ways that you can cope and start to let go??? I hate the way it has effected my ability to think clear and demolished myself esteem... Any thoughts or advise?
