Hi, My name is Jim and I am new to the group. I am still trying to learn how to post questions. I was wondering if any of you out there could give me some advice on how to deal with a pretty bad case of clostrophobia. I am pretty much terrified of elevators, and haven't flown on a plane in years. I just recently took a job that requires me to ocassionally use elevators. I panick a little getting in, a little more after the door closes and a little more when it hesitates a little when reaching the floor. I have had a heart attack in the past and fear a panick attack if I get in an elevator and the door doesn't open. Could someone give me some advice on how to handel this situation, Thank you so much in advance, Jim Reilly.
