yesterday i went to my usual appointment with my phobia therapist, but this time was different. for the first time ever, we had a big break through. i let them give me a finger prick! i've never had one my whole life. she always asks me "where's your anxiety now?" while we work on things. it's on a scale from 1-100. 100 being the most anxiety you can feel. it was up to 98 but i still did it! i feel like basically every one in my life doesn't understand how much of a big deal this is for me. i was hoping some of you out there might understand.
