My Ernie cat has kidney failure and will probably not make it through the week. The vet say's I should put him to sleep. I can hardly bare the thought. What makes things worse is my Noelle cat has F.I.V. and may not make it through the week either. The vet suggested I put her to sleep too. She said I should save them from suffering. I did not know she had F.I.V. when I rescued her. She is in the last stages. All I do is cry about it. Should I let the pass together? I am not sure if I can do one at a time. I have agonized for 2 weeks now. I know the right thing to do but it is so hard. Ernie is 15 and poor Noelle is only 2.
