I went through dbt and seem to have started to grow and learn to live with it without it ruling my life. Now within the last week the anxiety attacks are coming at me like they haven't in years and I slip into dissociative spells without warning. I know about grounding and all kind of ways to cope but it seems to come on to me without warning and my brain is like frozen. I don't know what to do with the whole mess anymore, It just freaks me out alittle
