sometimes.... i dont feel anything. i just kinda sit back and watch my behavior. like...... wow, i didn't get out of bed today...... thats not good. hey.... i am crying.... but why? or.... i have not eaten all day. i am just kind of observing myself.... without actually feeling. sometimes i know this is the best way for me to guage how i am doing. does anyone else ever feel this way? if you do or don't please let me know.
