I have recently (within the last month) been diagnosed with BPD as well as PTSD and depression. What a ball of fun I am!! I have a DV charge against me right now because of my manipulation about attempt suicide. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and hopefully after my past 13 days of therapy I will be able to help at least one person. I don't start DBT until January.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

before i got diagnosed with bpd i was violent towards my partner but since i've been put on meds and going to thearpy i've been alot better.

i am sorry u r going through all of this right now, but we will help u get through this; my daughter has bpd, but can i ask u, what is ptsd? because my daughter has been diagnosed with a few things, and i was wondering if it was one of the things u r talking about.....
