Personality disorders form a class of mental disorders that are characterized by long-lasting rigid patterns of thought and behaviour. Personality disorders are seen by the American Psychiatric Association as an enduring pattern of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of the culture of the individual who exhibits it.

I have been through psychiatric "HELL". I have been in many different psych hospitals, been on many different meds, and I've even had Electro-convulsive Therapy, AKA "shock treatments". I am a very inquisitive person, so I am always reading about my conditions, and I think it helps sometimes, but other times, I think it would be easier to be "in the dark".
I am currently in a very supportive relationship, but I still feel like somethings missing. My boyfriend knows how terrified I am of being left alone, he does his best to make sure I'm not alone. I have alot of trauma in my past, and he knows about that too, but he has not seen me at my worst yet. I'm scared to let him see that, cuz I don't want him to leave me.
I guess I just want to hear what other people have to say, cuz I can't do this by myself anymore.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
