I just had a heart wrenching talk with my therapist. We are going to do DBT now. I know that I have heard it is the be all end all therapy for my disorder. This will be just an extreme change. I know I am the one that brought up the DBT idea and he is just enthusiastic about doing it. I have to make a decision - if we do the DBT therapy the individual psychodynamic therapy we are doing now will end. This is such a hard decision. Any thoughts?
