I'm (attempting) to make Tiramisu for my husband on Valentines Day. I'm having trouble finding most of the ingredients. So I'm substituting espresso with instant french vanilla cappuccino and ladies fingers with pound cake. Now I can't find mascarpone cheese. Does anyone know a good substitute for it? Has anyone here made tiramisu (on a budget) before?
