This week if you would like, please make a tribute post about a special teacher you have had in your lifetime. To me, teachers are so very important and get little honor they deserve. And be thinking ahead to next week, when I want to honor a teacher you know but have not had teach you.
So get to thinking and writing. What a nice Christmas card addition it would be for your special teacher, to print out your thoughts and include in a Christmas card to them!
Thanks,
judy

I had a very special teacher in 2nd and 3rd grade. Her name is Mrs. Montgomery. She is a petite lady with a very big heart. I do not remember once her ever raising her voice. She was so very patient and kind. There was just something about her that made you love her. And she made learning new things easy (at least for me). I hope Mrs. Montgomery is having a great retirement. I am sure she touched many more lives than mine and i'd just like to say thanks.

Helen Lynch, Laverne Wills, and Maxine Barkes were the teachers in my elementary years that gave me passion for music and reading. I even remember the kind of pen Mrs. Wills used...they don't even make Lindy pens anymore, but I said when I grew up that was all I was going to use.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
