It affects everyone differently, I'm sure you've heard but YES, it definitely can affect the face. The jaw can have tremors and as my doctor put it, a 'stone' face - loss of expression in the face. I'm not sure if that's what you mean by 'drawn', but that was one of my first symptoms - loss of expression/reactions are slower in facial expressions. I hope that helps.
