I have been getting cramps in my hands and feet more frequently lately. Before I could eat something salty and drink smart water to relieve them, but it seems to be getting longer and stronger especially in the crease between my thumb and forefinger. My dr. told me before that it was partly due to the beginning of dehydration, since I don't drink as many fluids as I should and that gaterade is good for cramps. I really don't like that stuff it tastes nasty to me. What else can I drink that would do the trick. Maybe chocolate?
