My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's last year, he's so mellow & laid back you can never tell what's he's thinking. He doesn't really have the symptoms of depression like being withdrawn, but he does act different even his friends have mentioned it to me. He just isn't his usual joking & carrying on self. He finally has admitted a little that he worries about his diagnosis, along with some other medical diagnosis he has had. I told him that he may need to be on some type of anti depressant for awhile. Does anyone else have to take something for this? A lot of those medications I have noticed can't be taken with the meds for Parkinsons so I am wondering what they do give someone for depression or anxiety?
