My 11yr old stepson has been found to have molested more than half dozen kids as young as 2yrs old, including his younger brother and sister. He was previously in residential care, came home, and we're now still going through the process of trying to get our health insurance to cover him being re-admitted, as we, as a family, are not ready to have him home yet. He has been in counseling 2x week and the topic of exposure has come up. I do not like this idea, I do not think it's safe. Basically, the idea is to take my stepson to the park,, to the zoo, to the beach, wherever there are groups of smaller children and then we are expected to watch him closely so he doesn't offend. The idea is that the more he is exposed to the younger group, the more 'opportunity' he has to learn to control impulses. Am I wrong, am I over-reacting here... I think this is DANGEROUS!! If a qualified professional wants to take this on, perhaps, but I am NOT a qualified professional! I don't want to over-react and I want to help him, but NOT at the expense of anyone else! Any thoughts??

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
