My husband was watching something this morning about kids with ADHD taking a supplement called theanine. There was one family who took their kids off of medication and tried it and it worked great for both of their boys. They were able to stay off of medication and are doing great. I can't find a huge amount of information about theanine, especially on reputable websites, and was wondering if anyone here has tried it with their kids or knows anything about it. I want to try it on my son, figurine it can't hurt anything, but I have no idea what the suggested dosing is. Thanks in advance for any info!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
