I wake up...go to the kids room...turn on the light...and ask them to please go to the bathroom and get dressed...go back to my room...hear toys...go back to their room and my 5 year old boy is playing while my 5 year old girl is halfway dressed...have to follow him to the bathroom...stand there and remind him to pay attention so he doesn't make a mess on the floor...ask him again to get dressed...go back to my room...get dressed...hear noises again...go back to their room...halfway undressed (okay we're on a start)...remind him he needs to get dressed...go back to my room...brush my hair...go check on him again...still same as before...literally get his clothes out for him ask him again please please get dressed "i don't want to have to come in here again"...go back and brush my teeth get my shoes on...go check on him and.....now he's standing in his underwear...so then i stand there watching him get dressed...running late for work again...baby starts crying...go check on baby get baby dressed...go check on him and he has pants on (yea!)...stand there tell him i need to give him his applesauce before i leave...he gets his shirt on and i think he's following me to the kitchen, turn around and he's back in his bedroom playing...finally get him his medicine, running 5 minutes behind schedule now...gather everything up...10 minutes now...okay and we are out the door. Love him to death, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get him more "motivated" or "focused" in the morning? Or does anyone have a similar experience of every morning :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
